Scope of work

• Complete flat duct installation from the MVHR plenum connections to the perimeter louvres provided by the facade contractor.
• Fan Coil Unit installation including all supports and vibration isolation from the structural slab, supply ductwork, attenuators and grilles
• Fan Coil Unit and Trench Heating in Reception and Sky Lounge
• MVHR units including all grilles and attenuators
• Heating and chilled water installation including heat and cooling interface units (HIU/CIU) incorporating energy meters
• Condensate pipework from FCU’s, CIU’s and MVHR’s to drain via gravity to foul and waste stacks, C/W waterless traps
• Installation of potable water supply including water meters
• Installation of domestic hot water system
• Gravity foul drainage to residential apartments using a PAPA system, including coordination with the dry lining contractor who will provide acoustic wrapping and boxing in of stacks & set overs
• Rainwater pipework located within apartments including acoustic wrapping and boxing in of stacks
• Thermal insulation to supply and fresh air intake ductwork, heating, chilled water, domestic water and rainwater (to prevent condensation)
• Fire stopping of services
• Coordination of services with residential sprinkler protection system
• Apartment Heat/HWS/CWS Metering MBus System
• Local FCU and HIU/CIU controls including temperature and time clock control of apartment heating and comfort cooling interfaced with metering system
• MVHR controls and kitchen ‘boost’ switches and interfaces to bathroom light switches
• Installation of electric towel rails and electric underfloor warming and associated controls
• Record documentation
• Operation & Maintenance Manuals & Building Log Book
